Calpoly: California State Polytechnic University, Pomona offers  this faculty led program in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain.

The program of Food Sciences is given through English by faculty and international leaders in the agricultural and food industry. It is aimed at university students who are interested in the agricultural and food industries and it provides a general introduction to food sciences with a special emphasis on Spain and Spanish Foods.

This 4 week program combines the course on Food Sciences and an immersion program on Spanish language and culture. As part of the Food Sciences program the participants get to visit a local winery, a food processing plant as well as other installations related to the Food Industry.

They also have some cultural tours and excursions such as a visit to a medieval castle, to the Guggenheim Museum etc.
